The promo team has moved to the app.

Picking up shows, uploading proof and checking the leaderboard all happen in the Sacred Hive app now. It is the same app fans use for lineups and set times.

Already on the team

Sign in with the login you already have.

You do not need a new account or an invite code. Your points, your history and every proof you have uploaded are already on your account.

Download the app using the buttons above.
Open Settings, scroll to Street team, tap Promo Team.
Sign in with the same email and password you use here.
If you have forgotten it, tap forgot password and we will email you a reset link.

Once you are signed in, a Promo tab appears in the bottom bar so you can skip Settings next time.

Signing up is invite only, so the create account screen asks for a code. Fill in the form and if you are a fit we will email you one.

How it works

Every show you pick up moves through four stages. The app shows which one you are on at any time.

1 · Applied Apply to promote Pick an open show in Promo Events, read its requirements, tap Apply to promote. You are now on the team for that show.

2 · Working Do the promo Post what the show's requirements list asks for: stories, feed posts, tags, the ticket link.

3 · Proof in Upload proof as you go Screenshot each post and add it under My Applications & Proofs right after you post it, not all at the end.

4 · On the list You're in The team reviews your proof and approves you. You get a push notification, and your name is on the guest list at the door.

A guest-list spot

Free entry to the show you promoted. Give your name at the door and walk in. No ticket, no code, nothing to print.

Points and levels

Applying, posting proof and getting approved all earn points. Points level you up and set your rank on the team leaderboard.

The top of the board

Top promoters get automatic spots without applying, a plus one at select shows, and complimentary VIP upgrades to Sound Haven and Eternal NYE. The people at the top are the ones with the most approvals, not the most applications.

Questions

Do I need to make a new account?

No. If you have used the promo dashboard before, sign in with the same email address and password. There is nothing to set up and no code to enter.

I don't remember my password.

Tap the forgot password link on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link. It expires after an hour, so use it when it arrives. If nothing shows up within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then message us.

Where did my points and history go?

Nothing was lost. Points, levels, leaderboard position, past gigs and every proof you have uploaded are attached to your account and show up in the app. It runs on the same system as the website did.

What about shows I already applied to?

They are still yours. Open My Applications & Proofs and they are all there, with the same status they had when you last checked.

Where is the promo section in the app?

For a little while. Everything is moving into the app and this site will eventually point you straight here, so get set up now.
